The SURJ Senior Donor Organizer manages and coordinates organizing and cultivation of high capacity donors in SURJ’s amazing community of supporters, as well as collaborating with the Development Team to continuously improve development infrastructure and build new models for meaningful donor engagement in SURJ organizing campaigns and strategic analysis.
