Senior Donor Organizer

Full time, Remote, $70,000 – $75,000

SURJ is proud that the majority of our funding comes from individual donors. In this new role, the Senior Donor Organizer will work closely with the Development Director, the SURJ Board, the Development Committee, and SURJ organizers to build out a donor community and increase our individual giving.

Full time, Remote, $55,000

SURJ’s Administrative & Systems Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring our organization has the tools, systems and support needed to run smoothly in both virtual and in person environments. This new position will work closely with the Managing Director, the Data Manager and other staff to ensure our staff’s needs are met.

Campaign Data Manager

Full time, Temporary, Remote, $60,000

SURJ’s Campaign Data Manager provides technical consultation and support to SURJ’s 2022 electoral work, with primary responsibility for managing data inputs, analytics, and reporting of impact. This new position will work closely with the rest of the electoral team, the Data & Systems Manager, and other SURJ staff, to move data efficiently and accurately to support all of our electoral organizing.

Georgia Field Organizer

Full time, Temporary, Georgia, $50,000

SURJ is seeking a Georgia Field Organizer to organize poor and working class white voters in Henry and Clayton County as part of a multi-racial base building project with New Georgia Project and CASA. A successful person in this role will build a base of support in the area that contributes to long-term power building for poor and working-class people, as well as SURJ’s electoral priorities in 2022.
