Senior Donor Organizer
Full time, Remote, $70,000 – $75,000
SURJ is proud that the majority of our funding comes from individual donors. In this new role, the Senior Donor Organizer will work closely with the Development Director, the SURJ Board, the Development Committee, and SURJ organizers to build out a donor community and increase our individual giving.

SURJ is seeking a Data Director to provide data support for all organizational programs and activities, and manage the organization’s CRM. The Data Director will facilitate communication among all dedicated data staff, engage in cross-departmental data projects, train staff on use of data systems, and ensure that data and data systems are being used in the same way across the organization.
Bedford County Listening Project (BCLP) Organizing Lead
Full time, Remote, $60,000
This organizer will lead the work of the Bedford County Listening Project (BCLP) and its tenant union, the Shelbyville Tenants Organizing Protections (STOP) Campaign. Shelbyville is a rural town of 20,000 people with a strong immigrant community and majority white in Bedford County, Tennessee. This role means working in coalitions to build tenant power and secure tenant rights with an anti racist and anti classist lens using transformative organizing principles that meet people where they are.

SURJ is seeking Canvassers to go door to door to talk to residents of Dekalb and Gwinnett Counties using deep canvassing techniques to have high quality conversations about democracy and elections. This is non-partisan work: We will not be canvassing for any candidate or party, but instead engaging voters around their opinions about election integrity.
