Full time, Remote, $60,000 - $75,000 plus benefits
SURJ is proud that the majority of our funding comes from individual donors. In this new role, the Major Gifts Officer oversees donor prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for donors. This role will engage with all donors, but will especially focus on donors who contribute between $1,000 and $50,000. In addition, the Major Gifts Officer will collaborate with the Development Team to continuously improve development infrastructure and build new models for meaningful donor engagement. The Major Gifts Officer is an important role as part of the donor “pipeline” between membership and major gifts.
